Refund Policy
Because our retreats are small and highly personalized, we maintain a strict cancellation policy.
Once you register, your spot is reserved exclusively for you, and we begin making arrangements for your participation. Please be confident in your availability before registering and ensure you can pay the balance when it’s due.
Payment & Cancellations
- A deposit is required to secure your spot.
- The remaining balance is due three weeks before the retreat start date.
- No refunds will be issued within three weeks of the retreat, as we are unlikely to refill the spot. However, we may be able to transfer your registration to a future retreat date, depending on availability.
Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations made more than three weeks before the retreat may be eligible for a refund, minus a service fee of up to 20% to cover credit card processing and administrative costs.
- For medical or emergency cancellations (including COVID-related), documentation is required. If we are able to fill your spot, we may issue a credit toward a future retreat, minus service fees.
Retreat Cancellation -If we cancel a retreat due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance for your peace of mind. You may explore options through Travel Guard Insurance or call them at 800-454-7107.
