Beginner Sewing class.
Sewing 101 is our foundation class, exploring the basics of sewing while learning to make a simple A-line skirt with elastic casing and little projects like bows and emoji pillows. The skills you learn thru these projects will help you with sewing simple curtains and pillows too!
We start with learning how to use a sewing machine. How to operate it and properly thread it, all about pressing, seam allowances, pinning, using patterns, layout and cutting, a bit about measurements and the importance of fabric grainlines that are crucial for your sewing success.
We have Brother sewing machines to use in class and you are welcomed to bring your own as long as it is in good working order.

Credit/ Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Our camps are a highlight of our school, with only six spaces available per session. While we strive to be flexible, we must adhere to business guidelines to keep our school thriving.
Credits/Refunds: If you cancel at least 7 days before the camp begins and we can fill your spot, we will issue a refund or a credit minus a 25% service fee.
No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled class, club, or camp without notifying us, the fee is forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend, as our limited spaces require careful planning weeks in advance.
If a class or camp does not meet the minimum enrollment or we are unable to hold it, we will refund the full fee.
We cannot offer family discounts due to limited space in our Summer or Holiday Camps.
