A two-day intensive introduction to professional pattern drafting, just like it’s taught in fashion design programs. Students will draft a bodice and skirt sloper using professional dress forms, then transform the basic sloper into a princess sloper and a simple design.
Time permitting, we’ll explore grading a basic block into your size pattern (not custom fit).
Ideal for students curious about fashion design, patternmaking foundations, or what fashion school is really like.

REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
Because our retreats/programs are small and highly personalized, we maintain a strict cancellation policy.
Once you register, your spot is reserved exclusively for you, and we begin making arrangements for your participation. Please be confident in your availability before registering and ensure you can pay the balance when it’s due (3 weeks before program date)
Payment & Cancellations
- A deposit is required to secure your spot.
- The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before the program start date.
- No refunds will be issued within 3 weeks of the program, as we are unlikely to refill the spot. We may be able to transfer your registration to a future retreat date, depending on availability.
Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations made more than 3 weeks before the retreat may be eligible for a refund, minus a service fee of up to 25% to cover credit card processing and administrative costs.
- For medical or emergency cancellations (including COVID-related), documentation is required. If we are able to fill your spot, we may issue a credit toward a future retreat, minus service fees.
Retreat/Program Cancellation -If we cancel a program due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
